Went to the lake house for our yearly team bonding retreat. House was cozy and very clean. Kristie was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Would recommend for a getaway from the busy day to day love and relax by the lake.

Met her when she had a booth at the Town of Orange street festival. Found out she was working with one of my co-workers to find a house at Lake Anna so my wife and I decided to work with her also to find a home. I work a unique schedule and Kristie was available to show homes when I was able. It was easy to schedule time with her. Worked well in regard to the negotiation with the sellers agent. Only “issue” was with communication on a couple of occasions, however, this was due mostly in part to differing communication styles. Overall, I would work with her again.
Kristie goes out of her way for her clients!! From start to finish she walked us through the process, assisted with financing and closing. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying process.
